The Korean Pain Society has achieved remarkable progress over the past 40 years. As the only pain society recognized by the Korean Academy of Medical Sciences, the Korean Pain Society boasts 5,800 members and regularly publishes textbooks, clinical practice guidelines, and an SCIE journal with a 2023 JCR Impact Factor of 3.4 to serve as an established platform for medical exchange.

Looking ahead, we plan to implement a range of initiatives, with a special focus on enhancing education and fostering international engagement.
