About the event

The 2017 Canadian Opioid Guideline has been updated through an interactive process involving clinicians, researchers and people with lived experience (PWLE). The expected launch is in December 2023. This event will focus on the update process and how the new guidelines will be brought to life through education.

Learning Objectives:

Objective 1: To describe the guideline update process, highlighting the experience of PWLE as part of the review committee

Objective 2 : To discuss the process of incorporating the revised guidelines into healthcare providers’ education
