|Call for Early Career Award|
EARLY CAREER AWARD 2017
The Early Career Award recognizes outstanding achievements in pain research and/or management by an individual at the early stage of his or her career.
The award will consist of a Keynote Presentation at the CPS annual conference, economy class travel to the CPS conference, taxi fare, accommodation at the conference hotel for two nights, $1,000 honorarium, complimentary conference registration and a ticket to the annual conference dinner where the award will be presented.
Candidates must be within 8 years of completion of a doctoral degree or post‐ fellowship qualification, and must be a current member in good standing with the Canadian Pain Society. A letter of nomination signed by three CPS regular members, along with the CV of the nominee should be submitted to the Secretariat through our online form. The selection will be made by a committee formed by the Canadian Pain Society.

Note: Travel details through the CPS office. Hotel accommodation will be made by the CPS. Receipts for travel to be sent to the CPS office within 14 days after the conference for reimbursement of expenses, plus the honorarium.
