  • Please submit abstracts for selection (maximum of 10 posters will be selected)
  • Deadline for submission February 15th, 2012
  • Best Poster will receive Free Registration for the CME Event (April 5th) and Merit Certificate
  • Topic: Case presentation/ Unique Cases/Studies on Spinal Pain Management

    Fax a completed registration form with a Visa, MasterCard or AMEX number to 905-572-7099

    4) REGISTER BY MAIL
