Special Interest Groups

Acute Pain - Structure and Working Plan

1. The SIG will operate in accordance with the Mission and Bylaws of the CPS, and ensure that a coordinated, interdisciplinary effort is applied to its activities.

2. The Acute Pain SIG will be led by a Chair (Saifee Rashiq – 2009-2010, elected at the 2009 CPS Annual Meeting) and a Steering Committee.

3. The SIG will hold annual meetings at the time of the CPS as well as other activities felt to be necessary by the membership in order to accomplish its goals.
