Cancellation Fee Policy

Cancellations received prior to APRIL 30, 2008 are subject to a $60.00 administration fee.  Regrettably, we are unable to offer any refunds after this date.  Delegate substitution can be made from time of registering until MAY 12, 20078  After MAY 12, 2008 a $60.00 fee for delegate substitution requests will apply.
