A block of rooms are being held at the Hilton Québec until April 28, 2009.  After this date the Canadian Pain Society, or the Hilton Québec cannot guarantee space or availability.  The Conference room rate is $205.00 for rooms on Regular Floors, single or double occupancy. Executive Floors (17th, 18th and 19th), single or double occupancy the rate is $255.00 and $275.00 (dependent on availability). These guest room rates are available two (2) days before and two (2) after the meeting dates and are subject to availability. Cancellations for guaranteed rooms within the Group Block must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time

is 12:00 pm.

The Hilton Québec overlooks Parliament Hill, the ports and the historic Citadelle to the south, the Laurentian Mountains to the north and Old Québec to the east.  Underground walkways connect the hotel to the Québec city Convention Centre and a
