Cancellation Policy: Cancellation received prior to APRIL 30, 2009 are subject to a $60.00 administration fee. Regrettably, we are unable to offer any refunds after this date. Delegate substitution can be made from time of registering until MAY 14, 2009. After May14, 2009 a $60.00 fee for delegate substitution requests will apply.
