Join us at this Annual 2009 Conference. Four days of programming, including the Opening Day, Wednesday May 27, Pain Education Day, Thursday May 28, Two full Scientific Program Days, Friday May 29 and Saturday May 30, plus Five Symposiums, Plenary Sessions, Five Keynote Speakers and the annual dinner evening with reception, dinner, awards and entertainment & more! Dear Colleagues;
As President of the Canadian Pain Society, it gives me great pleasure to invite you to the Annual Conference of the Canadian Pain Society which will be held this year in Québec City from May 27-30. The CPS Scientific Program Committee and Local Arrangements Committees have made great efforts to make this Conference a memorable event both scientifically and socially, and the CPS is very grateful to them and to the many sponsors who have made this Conference possible. Both the venue and list of speakers are outstanding, and the Conference with its theme of “Pain – Translating Knowledge into Care” provides a wonderful opportunity for participants to engage in knowledge translation at the Conference sessions themselves and through less formal interactions with colleagues. You are also encouraged to explore the numerous exhibit booths at the Conference as well as of course the many delights offered by Québec City, Canada’s oldest city and a UNESCO World Heritage site. I look forward to welcoming you personally to the Annual Conference in May.
